Damn near perfect gueuze. Super tart, mild funk, very dry with a bitter oaky finish. I never rate beers five caps but this deserves it.

Al S: It's only available at the brewery in Portland, ME, so tough to find. If you do see one, though, definitely grab it quickly. Cheers.
