Smoked Helles

It’s BACK, baby! And, if we dare say, appropriately timed. In that it’s 6ish months from smoke season, which conversely would be a very inappropriate time to release a smoke beer, because you’re already breathing it in all day and your throat feels scratchy and your eyes are irritated and it’s all because the human race can’t grasp the concept of environmental consequences until it’s much too late, and even then CEOs and Super PAC lobbyists and government officials and decision makers in developed nations still put money over the continued existence of human race, and many other organisms, for that matter. But HEY! Please don’t be sad. We made a delicately quaffable smoked Helles with Weyermann Beechwood Smoked malt, along with a splash of Oak Smoked Wheat, a touch of Weyermann Pils and paired it with spicy Czech Saaz hops to balance it all out. And while it’s sure hang around for a while (#nobodydrinkssmokedbeer), it will not outlast the planet. At least not this batch. Show Less
