The aroma is almond, spicy bourbon, dark roasted malt. Slick body, flavor of vanilla, roasted malts, spicy bourbon is pretty strong. Good, not great.

This is sweeter and lighter than the original. I get some sort of berry note out of those. The nose smells oddly nostalgic but I can’t place a name to the smell. I do prefer the original stout but this is a nice cold one to crack on a weeknight
