The Good Ole West

Ah, there's nothing like a good ole west coast IPA! Double down on the dry hops and include some of the best Mosaic we've ever had the pleasure of working with and you've got a recipe for success. We used some pretty nice Simcoe too, because well, Mosaic and Simcoe make good company. Big blueberry flavor with supporting pine, tangerine, and passion fruit. The aromas are pungent and reminiscent of herbaceous ganja, bright orange, and raspberry. Clean, bright and crisp, it's a thing of beauty.
