We Like Birds

Kyle from Horus likes his stouts big, chewy and so full of flavor from the extra ingredients added in, that there’s no mistaking what that flavor just might be. This stout is no different. Our base beer was brewed with all the Simpsons Malt we could use, along with a fair amount of turbinado sugar, and then was fermented to a thick, decadent spot that hit hard on it’s own. We then conditioned it two different times on pistachios! The first go around had a nice, medium-flavor of pistachio, but our two bird love'n breweries didn’t think it was enough! So we hit it a second time, along with more vanilla beans than we’ve ever used, to take this one just completely over the top. Show Less
