베이비 사우어의 베이스가 되는 싸우어 맥주는 독일 베를린 전통 지역 맥주 '베를리너 바이세' 스타일이며 새콤하고 청량감이 좋은 낮은 도수의 밀맥주입니다.
젖산균을 이용한 케틀 사워링이라는 양조 과정으로 새콤한 산미를 보다 도드라지게 표현하였고, 베르크의 대표 커피 블렌드인 '베이비(Baby)'가 지닌 깊은 단맛과 싱글오리진(콜롬비아 엘 파라이소 리치, 인도 아티칸 켄트 내추럴, 코스타리카 산타테레사)들로 산미에 개성을 더했습니다.

잔이 가까워 질 수록 코 끝에서 피어 오르는 은은한 커피의 향, 한 모금 마셨을 때 입안을 기분좋게 자극하는 새콤한 산미, 목넘김 이후 입안에 가볍게 맴도는 커피의 풍미를 즐겨보세요. 모든 음용 과정에서 커피를 느낄 수 있도록 양조의 전 과정에서 고릴라와 베르크가 함께 협업하였습니다.

The brewing process of kettle souring added its individuality to the acidity and the deep sweetness of Werk's signature coffee blend, "Baby", and the single origin beans (Colombia El Paraiso Lychee, India Attikan Kent Natural, Costa Rica Santa Teresa)
