NZ Giant Double Step API Treatment

Per la prima volta, con la NZ Hops Week, una nuova versione della Giant Double Step.
Motueka: fresco e imponente con il suo aroma di lime ricorda un mojito fresco.
Riwaka: il frutto della passione è un descrittore spesso utilizzato per i luppoli da aroma ma fino ad oggi questo è decisamente il luppolo che abbiamo selezionato che più sprigiona questa caratteristica.
Nelson Sauvin: il luppolo neozelandese più famoso e inconfondibile per il suo profilo aromatico paragonabile a quello di un vino bianco aromatico come il Sauvignon.
Questi sono i tre luppoli, selezionati e ricevuti direttamente dalle farm neozelandesi, che abbiamo utilizzato in Double Dry Hop nella prima versione "New Zealand” della nostra Giant Double Step.Per accentuare il carattere e spingere al massimo i profumi e gli aromi di questi tre incredibili luppoli abbiamo utilizzato il nostro trattamento naturale API Treatment®.
